Luxury must be comfortable, otherwise it is not luxury. ~ Coco Chanel
Sentosa Cove (圣淘湾) is a residential enclave located in the eastern part of Sentosa Cove Island and is housing an estimated 2,500 residential units mainly in both Sentosa Cove houses and Sentosa Cove Condo property type. The residential has became the jewel of Singapore and the outlying areas. A short distance away from the city’s center, it is the focal point of hundreds of millions of dollars of development and investment. Every subdivision and project has its own version of beauty and tranquility.
It all began with an idea in 2003 to create the ultimate destination for people visiting Singapore. After purchasing the land from the Singapore Land Authority for over $800 million, the vision was to build an exclusive area built on the beach that would include a hotel resort, a marina, and yacht club.
At the outset, 5 islands were built out of the purchased reclaimed land: Coral Island, Paradise Island, Sandy Island, Treasure Island, and Pearl Island.
It has become the residence of choice for those who would enjoy having an island resort as their playground.
In refining its blueprint for a premier waterfront community.
If you’re looking for a place to unwind, somewhere to park your yacht, or even a new, exclusive residence, you’ll be quick to find that Sentosa Cove has everything you’ll ever imagine with a location that can’t be beat.
